How does this work? 1Cor 5:5 deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day…

1Cor 10:20 Gentiles…sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons.
Are we ignorant? 2Cor 2:11 lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices/schemes/methodia.

How resist? 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
