Questions for Reflection/Discussion/Response:
1. Why does God want His people to avoid certain practices? Does He want to limit our fun or increase our blessings?
2. Do folks tend to err on being too worldly or too sanctified? Can a person be so unworldly that they are unprofitable servants? [in/of]
3. Why does God reject “worship” that isn’t according to the book? If your heart is in the right place isn’t that all that matters?
4. Why are some more concerned with speculative typology than the weightier matters of Biblical holiness, love, worship & service?
5. Do you have a choice about how you behave this week? Are you setting yourself up for God-glorifying blessing or self-inflicted cursing?
