Questions for Reflection/Discussion/Response: - Why does the God of all grace not establish, strengthen, and settle (foundation) us before or during the sufferings (attacks by Satan v8-9)?
- Why do some think “calling” results in automatic blessing/glory when the Scriptures clearly teach otherwise?
- What is our normal response to things not going our way? How does knowing God and His plans for us help us be joyful in sufferings?
- How can you currently experience and share the four blessings Peter mentions? How do they relate to ministry and disciple-making?
- How worthy and “choice” are you to participate in the future festivities? Is there any chance you could miss out on them? What can you do?
