Demonstrating/Proving/Manifesting what is pleasing/acceptable to the Lord. I. Pleasing God is a Result of Worthily Walking as a Child of LightThe Fruit (product) of the Light (the dynamic of seeing reality) is: Goodness {godlike actions which benefit others} Righteousness {being rightly related to God and man} Truth {accurate perception of God & man which engenders life, putting off old, being renewed, putting on new.} II. To Please God We Must:Perceive His Will Col 1:9...pray for you...filled with the knowledge of his will by/in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; Live a Worthy Life 10 That ye may walk worthy of the Lord to all pleasing: Evidence Fruit being fruitful in every good work, Advance our Acquaintance of God and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened to Endure 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, to all endurance and patience Enthusiastic Thanks joyfully 12 giving thanks to the Father, who qualified us to be partakers inheritance of the saints in light Questions for Reflection/Discussion/Response:1.
