F. Fear of God/Humility: (vs self exalting Pride) is the beginning of wisdom, ordering our steps acc the paths He blesses (exalting Him)
C. Consequences/Judgment/Admonishment: Proverbs highlights the conseq of our actions, indicating the reality that satan deceives us about by his bold lies and appeal to the immediate illicit gratification of our legitimate pre-Fall desires for Power (security/significance)-Pleasure-Possessions
P. Priorities/Values/Focus: understanding that being right in God's sight is the key to happiness in this life and the next, the wise values what He values, and orders their steps to blessing, and keeps that destination in view continually (See previous sermons Pr 1-3)
G. Guidance/Security; if we keep God's commands and judgment in view, they will guide us around danger to a best life with no regrets
E. Evaluation; God designed life with a rhythm/cycles of work/rest; planning/action/reflection on results (just like a successful business)
R. Repentance/Reproof: finding out we're off the right path, or perceiving/thinking incorrectly, the humble change their mind/values/actions
D. Diligence/Self-control/Will power; accurately perceiving present and future reality enables us to subdue the natural for the sublime
H. Holiness/Sanctification/Temptation; an intense concern for being holy, like God is holy, paves the way to partaking of His divine nature
Rl. Relationships +/-; self-centeredness is demonic, not Christlike; a trust in God's character & promises frees us from self-inflicted prison
